Bartłomiej Brat Oleś, one of the most creative and originative Polish jazz drummers, a composer, an author of theatrical and film music, a producer. He played with many jazz legends: Kenny Werner, David Murray, Chris Speed, Erik Friedlander, Herb Robertson and William Parker. Together with his brother Marcin Oleś they are Oleś Duo formation; with German clarinet player Theo Jörgensmann they are Oleś | Jörgensmann | Oleś and with American alto sax player Rob Brown they are Oleś Brothers w/ Rob Brown.

He was born on the 4th of January 1973, In Sosnowiec (south of Poland). He was fascinated by music since he was a child, drumming and playing with rhythms using sometimes strange and peculiar items: a ruler, pencils or a flute cleaning rod. When he was 13 years old his father (contrabass teacher and conductor) persuaded him to start studying music in drums class. He was studying classical repertoire playing the marimba, the xylophone, the vibraphone, the timpani and a snare drum. During this period he was fascinated by drum sets and influenced by Buddy Rich he completes his first drums in 1988. Around that time he also starts playing in a local band called Osobowość Przyrody. Marcin Oleś, double bass player, improviser, composer, jazzman, producer, film music author. One of most creative artist, composer and important voice of younger generation of European jazz. Born 1973 in Poland in musical family (father was a conductor). Since his first recording in 2000 he, with his twin brother Bartlomiej Brat Oles, continuously composes, records and performs original music based on a jazz tradition.

He plays and records with Bartlomiej Brat Oles, David Murray, Kenny Werner, Rob Brown, Theo Jorgensmann, Erik Friedlander, Simon Nabatov, Chris Speed, Christopher Dell, Albrecht Maurer, Michael Rabinovitz, Emmanuel Somer, Julien Petit, Manuel Hermia, Omri Mor, Gabor Subic, Istvan Grencso, Ken Vandermark, Mircea Tiberian, Herb Robertson, Frank Gratkowski, Jean-Luc Cappozzo, Rudi Mahall, William Parker, Hamid Drake and more..

Over 20 produced records as a leader or co-leader include wide spectrum of jazz. Many of these albums was voted as the best albums of the year or received highest recommendation in jazz magazines, as solo album titled “Ornette on bass”, or virtuosic “Oles DUO”.

Adam Pieronczyk, born January 24, 1970 Elblag / Poland) saxophones, zoucra. Leading Polish jazz saxophone player and one of the most important and creative artists of today’s jazz scene in Poland. As a leader and member of numerous groups and projects Pieronczyk: won the top position in the annual “Jazz Forum” magazine ranking as The New Hope Of Polish Jazz (1997); was nominated for the Polish music award “Fryderyk” as The Best Jazz Artist Of The Year (1997,1998, 2009); has been given the prize of the Musician Union in Poland as The Best Artist Of The Year (1999); was voted in the main Polish daily newspaper “Gazeta Wyborcza” one of the most influential jazz musicians in Poland for the XXI century” ( 2000); has been given the jazzfestival prize of Bielsko-Biala Angel Of Jazz (2003); won the top position in the annual Jazz Forum magazine ranking as The Best Soprano Saxophonist Of The Year (from 2003 to 2008).
